On Nov. 19, 2008 between 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon, the Support Central phone number 210-220-1616 will be unavailable.  During this time, the Support Central phone system will be updated to the new VoIP Phone system.  During this timeframe, we ask that you report any emergency technical issues to helpdesk@mail.accd.edu. For PALS login issues or Blackboard Vista support, please dial 1-866-401-8071.  As of Nov. 19, 2008, 12:00 Noon, the new Support Central phone # will be 210-485-0555.  However, the 210-220-1616 phone # will continue to be operational for the next six months to allow for a seamless transition.
