  1. What is ePrint?
    e~Print is an Internet native application which can distribute and archive reports in a secure manner across our institution. e~Print will be replacing the paper reports currently being distributed across our institution.

  1. What are the advantages to using ePrint?

    ePrint has many advantages:
    • Secure system requiring user ID and password. Integrated with Banner system to access Banner user security profiles.
    • Multiple people can view the same report without passing paper around or making copies.
    • Uses the same ID and password as Banner.
    • Users can choose whether to print the report, view it online, or extract to a spreadsheet for analysis.
    • Storage of past reports.

  1. How do I login to ePrint?

    Once You have access to Banner, go to http://titanss.accd.edu:8010
    Click the ePrint Reports Login link
    Use the same ID and password as Banner.
    For Repository select Finance and then click Enter
    Find the Report needed (May need to click Next button on lower right to find reports)
    Click the drill icon on the left to view a history of reports
    Click the PDF or Text icon on the left to view a report.

  1. ePrint is not accessible on my workstation. What should I do?

    Access Tools, Security Options within your Internet Explorer browser, make sure Privacy is set to medium. If you still cannot access e~Print, please contact Support Central at 210-485-0555.
