Click on the "Add a Chat Room" link located on the DigiChat web page. Or Click Here
- Who is a moderator?
The moderator is the instructor of the course. S/he will have the ability to moderate his/her own chat room, and will have access personalize certain chat features within their room.
- Do I need to set up anything to access the chat room as a moderator?
Yes! Click on the "Chat Moderator Client" link located on the DigiChat web page. Or Click Here
From the DigiChat download site:
Click on your operating system.
Click the "View" link to view install procedures.
Host ID and Password will be emailed to you upon requesting the chat room

Click on the "FTP - Chat Log Files" link located on the DigiChat web page. Or Click Here

Log into your WebCT Course:
Click on the Organize Icons button
Click on Add button
Click the URL button
Type in a Title (Ex. External Chat or Chat)
Click the Browse button to select an icon
Type in the following URL in the blank provided: http://www.accd.edu/it/digichat
Select Open in: New Browser Window
Click on Add button
