CD/DVD replication is available for all Faculty and Staff Members.
- How do I submit an order?
First you will need to submit a completed Copyright Form located at: http://www01.accd.edu/it/support/
software_licensing/Copyright.pdf Then you can submit an Erequest under “Order Computer Software”.
- How do I submit my data files?
You can pony, mail, hand-deliver or FTP your data files to Information Technologies located at 811 W. Houston, room 112.
- Are there any instructions on using FTP?

- How much does it cost?
An administrative fee of $1 per CD and $4 per DVD will be charged to your account plus shipping cost. NOTE: Shipping Cost will vary based on the size and weight of your order.
- What is the turn around time on the orders?
Please allow three working days; Turn around time will vary due to order volume.
