    The Support Central hours are: Monday –Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight Saturday & Sunday 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.

  1. How can I reset my PALS password?
    To reset your PALS password, please call Support Central at (210) 220-1616 and have the following information:
    Full Name
    SSN
    Date of Birth
    PALS User Name.

  1. 4. How do I obtain my PALS User Name/ ID?
    To obtain a PALS User Name/ ID, Go To: www.accd.edu/PALS
    Click on your campus in the “Log in to PALS” box
    Click on “Click here to obtain your PALS log in user name”
    Enter your SSN and click the Submit button
    Your PALS User Name will be listed in red.

  1. What is my ID and Pin for Web for Employees?
    To access the Web for Employees, go to www.accd.edu/ehomepg.htm. Your ID is you SSN (with no dashes) and the default Pin is the four digit year and two digit month of your birth (eg. 197309).

    To access the Web for Faculty, go to www.accd.edu/fac and click on your college link.
    Your ID is your SSN (with no dashes) and the default Pin is the four digit year and two digit month of your birth (eg. 197309).

  1. What is my ID and Pin for Web for Students?
    To access the Web for Students, go to www.accd.edu/Ahomepg.htm. Your ID is your SSN (with no dashes) and your default Pin is the two digit month and two digit year of your birth (eg. 0973).

  1. How do I access WebCT?
    To access your WebCT courses, you will need to log in to the PALS system at www.accd.edu/pals. Once logged in, click on the My Courses Tab; then click on the name of your course and your WebCT course will open in a separate window.

  1. How do I access my internet courses?
    To access your internet courses, you will need to log in to the PALS system at www.accd.edu/pals. Once logged in, click on the My Courses Tab; then click on the name of your course. Please check with your instructor First, to see if they have different instructions on how to access their internet course.

  1. How do I access my Pay stub?
    You can access your Pay stub information through the PALS system. Login to PALS at www.accd.edu/pals Select the “Employee” tab
    Select “Welcome to PALS Web Service” (Within PALS Web Service Channel)
    Select “Employee” Place your cursor over “Payroll” Select pay stub from the drop down list
    Select the year in which the pay check was issued and click select
    Select the date of the check and click select.

  1. How do I change my ACCD directory information?
    You can change your directory information by going to our "Contact Us" page and click the "ACCD Directory" link on the right menu. That will launch the directory, once open click on the "Request for Change" link on the top menu. Once submitted, your information will be reviewed and then posted. Therefore, changes and additions are not immediate. If changes have been delayed please call Support Central at 220-1616 for assistance.
