  1. How do I map a drive to the web server?
Basically you have to know the location of your folder on the web server (this will be the path you provided in the request form); and your user id and pasword (this is the same user id and pasword you use to login to your computer).
Here is a guide to accomplish the mapping of a drive.

-On your desktop locate the icon labeled My Network Places and double click it.
-Click on Tools at the top menu.
    -Click map network drive.
-At the Menu select a letter that is not being used from the drop down menu. This selection only assigns a letter to the drive so you can separate all your drives. I works just like the A: drive is used for your floppy disks, The c: drive is normally your Internal Hard drive, The D: drive is sometimes your CD ROM. etc.
-In the folder box, either type in the path to your folder or use the browse button to navigate to your assigned folder.
-If you choose to navigate to your folder, here is an example to navigate to the IT folder on the web server. Click the browse button.
    Double click the DISTRICT domain
    Double click the www server.
    Double click the www folder.
Select your campus and double click it.
    In this case DISTRICT.
    Select IT, and click OK.
Leave the reconnect at logon check in place.
    Click on different user name.
Type in your campus and user name in the user name box like this DISTRICT\OFLORES
Type in your Active Directory Password.
    Click OK.
