Change Objectives
- To provide a high level of availability, reliability, and communication of service to our ACCD employees and students.
- To ensure that all affected parties are notified and proper documentation has been implemented.
- To assist with the accuracy of predictions of impact, such as response time and utilization.
- To allow changes and increase the probability of success while at the same time maintaining or improving service stability and availability.
- To reduce or minimize the percent of changes that needs to be backed out due to inadequate preparation.
- To ensure that technical management are accountable for all changes identified.
