Roles & Responsibilities
Change Manager:
The Change Manager will receive and review all the change requests from the users and approve for inclusion to the change management agenda. In addition the Change Manager will chair the meeting and lead the discussions to review the changes submitted on the weekly agenda.Contact: Jim Garrison jgarrison@mail.accd.edu
Change Coordinator:
The Change Coordinator is responsible for room reservation, web page support, creation and distribution of the weekly change management agenda and minutes.Contact: April Zimmermann azimmerm@mail.accd.edu
Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Change Management meetings are open to all ACCD staff. The board members may ask for more information or for an adjustment to the date and implementation time. The members may also recommend to the change manager that the change be approved, denied or postponed.Examples of Change Advisory Board Members Represented:
