ACCD has entered into an agreement with Microsoft to provide a flexible software licensing solution. Microsoft's newest Campus Agreement program will allow ACCD institutions to use the current versions of networking, operating system and productivity software at all faculty, staff and student laboratory workstations. Under this agreement, ACCD will be allowed to license the software including all its upgrades and downgrades throughout the term of the agreement.

• Terms of Agreement: Rights to use licensed products for a 12 month period. At the end of the Agreement, ACCD will be able to renew or terminate the agreement. Upon termination, ACCD should remove all copies of the software applications from every workstation.

ACCD has purchased several licenses of Adobe Acrobat 8 for office and as well as home use. The purpose of this software is to enable our employees to create and combine PDF documents for easy distribution. It will also enable our users to use Acrobat Reader to fill out applications and review documents.

ACCD has maintained a site license for Norton Antivirus software solution. This purchase will allow for the software to be loaded on the employee and the student workstations at all of our college and district locations. Symantec Antivirus Solution is available for Office use only.

The Micrograde Gradebook software is available to all regular full time faculty members. With MicroGrade, faculty will be able to manage grades, assignments and students with ease.

Passport is a mainframe emulator that allows users to access main frame application using a desktop PC or a laptop. Using passport application, you will be able to access our Student Information system, Human Resources system and other mainframe application reports.
