CD/DVD Replication
Information Technologies at ACCD offers CD/DVD replication services for Faculty and Staff of the Alamo Community Colleges.
Permanent Bandwidth restrictions are always a concern for students. Using this service, instructors can provide students with a compact disc filled with materials in text, audio or video format. CD's and DVD's can complement online resources.
CD/DVD replication is available for all faculty and staff members and is subject to certain eligibility requirements.
"Employees will not be allowed to resell the replicated CD/ DVD software to other individuals."
To place your order, simply follow these steps:
- Submit a completed Copyright Verification Form
- Click eRequest on the top menu.
- Select "Order Computer Software/Installation" and choose "CD/DVD Replication"
- Provide a copy of your master CD for replication -OR-you can FTP your file to the server.
- A new master CD will be created and mailed to you for approval; once the IT department receives your approval, then the remainder of the copies will be produced. DVD information should not exceed 4.5 GB.
- You can have your CD's ponied, picked up, or sent thru U.S mail. Note: Additional shipping charges will be added to your order; shipping charge will vary based on weight and size of package.
